1. Data We Collect

We collect account information (name, email, firm), uploaded contract documents, and usage data necessary to operate the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

Data is used solely to provide and improve Contract Review AI. We do not sell or share uploaded contracts or analysis results with third parties.

3. Attorney-Client Privilege

Uploaded documents may contain privileged information. ConversationMine, Inc. treats all uploaded contract documents as confidential and does not access, share, or retain them beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded documents are retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account cancellation upon request.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Anthropic APIs for AI analysis. We do not pass privileged content to third-party AI providers in identifiable form.
